How do I delete my account?

There are two ways to do it.

In the app

1. Open Discovero and sign in.
2. Tap the profile icon in the top right of the map.
3. Scroll to Account.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you cannot get into the app, email support@discovero.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will delete it within 30 days and reply once it is done.

Either way this cannot be undone. You can sign up again later, but nothing is restored.

What happens to my data when I delete my account?

Deleting your account removes your profile, your saved places and your chat history. It happens straight away rather than after a waiting period.
